Multiple players on same port for Netplay

Hi

I'm trying to play Burnout 2 crash mode throught Netplay with a friend.
The problem is that the crash mode only uses the controller 1 for all players.

Does someone know how I can put 2 players on the controller port 1 ?

as far as I know it is unfortunately not possible.
