Hi,
Recently set up Dolphin on my arcade cabinet and i'm currently stuck in terms of how to allow multiple player 1 controller options (Gamecube games) without going into Dolphin to change settings, in general, i'd like to use my arcade stick for all games, but I'd also like to be able to easily switch to my xbox 360 controller, either as per RetroArch (in that both controllers can be live at once for port 1) or with a hotkey to switch between controller selections. (i.e. Keyboard/Xinput1/Xinput0)
Is this currently possible in Dolphin?
I've considered running 2 copies of Dolphin as seperate emulators so i can select a different launch option in Launchbox, but even if you have two Dolphin folders, the configuration appears to be shared in /users ?
Any suggestions would be great, as currently exiting my front end, loading dolphin and changing to the xbox controller, then reloading the front end and loading the game is a bit of a pain, and beyond my kids abilities to do without assistance.
(In a perfect world i'd like to have 3 control options
Keyboard/Encoder
Xinput 1 (360 controller)
Xinput 2 (retro controller)
And ideally have them all 'just work', but failing that, press a key to cycle through controllers)
NFTech.
