Multiple Controllers not working on Mac Using Official Nintendo Adaptor

Alright, so here's my dilemma.  I am not having any issues running a single controller using the adapter, but whenever I try to use more than one controller it only registers the controller in the first port and doesn't allow me to change the input for the controller(http://imgur.com/xU2vDCX).  However, whenever I switch my adapter to wii u mode, all the controllers will register, but the L and R triggers are stuck.  Any help is appreciated.

Working controller format for one controller with nintendo adapter in PC Mode: 1st picture http://imgur.com/a/5gDsE
Failing controller format for two controllers with nintendo adapter in Wii U Mode:  2nd and 3rd picture http://imgur.com/a/5gDsE
Current used driver:  https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=How_to_use_the_Official_GameCube_Controller_Adapter_for_Wii_U_in_Dolphin#OS_X

The official gamecube controller adapter for wii u does not have modes! I assume you are using the mayflash clone of the official adapter? It has PC mode and Wii U mode.

Anyway, native wii u gc adapter support is only designed for the official adapter, which is wii u mode only. And there is no configuring whatsoever! Which was kind of the whole point of it, a low level connection with a known controller and adapter for maximum possible accuracy and no need to configure buttons. If you have anything in the gcpad you are doing it wrong!

Btw, the second and third image has keyboard controls, so obviously if you are getting any control from it it is because of the native, not the GCpad configuration...

How exactly should I have my controllers setup here in wii u mode? http://imgur.com/eKjcyRg
Do I just put it as none?
Thanks for the response
