multiple controllers emulated by multiple keyboards on the same computer?

i have a question would it be possible to setup multiple keyboards for controller emulation on dolphin?
BTW apparently it is possible to have multiple keyboards/mice and have them all work separately using teamplayer software something i found and thought was interesting not sure if it will work on osX though then again i didn't make it so if it doesn't work on osX not my problem
edit: sorry if this was already asked i haven't tried searching for it yet oh and the downside of teamplayer is that it only allows up to three peps at once unless you purchase the full thing... not entirely sure if it counts a set as one or individual items as one (set being two of anything it supports)

As far as I know, the OS X version of GCPad New is able to use multiple keyboards/mice independently.
