multiple Connection/Bluetooth issues....Help!!

I cannot get my wiimotes to work. i have various issues. im running win7 64bit. i have 2 wiimotes. 1 is a new plus so don't think it will work anyway.. i am on default win7 stack. my older remote only shows up as a "input device" on list and wont pair. my plus does show up as Nintendo rvl but wont work with dolphin. i am using Belkin f8t001 v2 dongle. ive tried bluesoleil but i get error 183 during install and Toshiba stack install doesn't detect my dongle. not sure what to do to get this working.
