Something you should try: in GCPad for Player 2, click on one of the controller buttons you want to configure, the press a button on your phone with njoy. If Dolphin responds and maps something from njoy, all you have to do is configure Player 2 by clicking a button (A, B, X, Y, Main Stick, C Stick, etc) and press the njoy button you want that mapped to. Afterwards, click the Config button and go to the Gamecube tab; make sure both Port 1 and 2 are set to Standard Controller.

yea, pressing a button from my phone simulate a keystroke on my laptop
.......
i have tried that..
still the one i control was player 1..
in laptop i control player 1,and in njoy from phone control player 1 too..
arghh how can i change njoy to player 2..
its so confusing ya with multiplayer...Huh
shonumi,do u know any kind of multiplayer software work with this dolphin emulator..?
by the way the config in gamecube is like this right?
thanks..

This is purely a guess, but see if disabling Background Input in the GCPad for Player 2 helps. I've never had any trouble leaving it off for multiplayer. Aside from that, all of your screenshots tell me everything is setup correctly. It's probably best to just buy a real joystick ($20 will get you a decent one, easier to handle than a phone's touch screen too) so Player 1 uses the keyboard and Player 2 uses the joystick. There shouldn't be any problems since they're separate input devices rather than njoy which just simulates keystrokes on the same device Player 1 is using. If you have a PS3 controller, you can connect that to your PC and use it to play.

I remember reading somewhere in this section that motion n joy (or whatever it is called) messes with Bluetooth a bunch, so you can't use a njoy controller and a regular Bluetooth controller at the same time.

I would just get the 3-in-1 magic joybox and use a Gamecube controller. DO NOT get the newer one that has two GC controller slots, as the triggers don't work.

GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)

3-in1 Magic Joybox is an adapter that lets you use PS2, XBOX, and GameCube controllers with your PC. I hook up my GC controller to one to play Dolphin with.

PS3 should work. Just choose that controller in the list of devices and map the controls.

You can use a PS3 controller via Bluetooth, but iirc, that's a bit more involved and requires some drivers. If you just plug it in via USB cable, it should be recognized as a normal HID type controller and work right away.
