I doubt reinstalling the OS would affect anything and waste your time, apparently Dolphin has some kind of memory leak, could be the reason of the slowdown.

Does having 4GB RAM have no use? Memory leak of the CPU or the RAM?

I think it will, since I installed too many programs that make my Vista having some slowdown as well.
Yeah, the slowdown happened after i update the SVN to 4000++

Things needed to learn:
1. How to make an OS
2. How to eat using my nose... lol

memory leak of the ram and 4gb'sof memory isn't that much depending on how big the memory leak is
