MP6 when started says An Error has happend

So I wana play Mario Party 6 but everytime I start it it says an Error happend and I shoud use the GC Manuel can some one please help me with that?

Does this happen in the latest Dolphin dev version?

Did you verify that you have a good game ISO? If you right-click the game in Dolphin's list > Properties > Verify tab > Verify. If you have a bad ISO you would need to redump your game file from the disc
