Mouse Movement: Tilt Stick all the way?

Hello, I am new to these forums, and new to Dolphin. I am not quite sure if I am in the correct subforum, but here's my question:

Currently, I have my c-stick set up to use the mouse's Axes for input (instead of the Cursor option). However, it is currently set up so that if I move my mouse slowly, the "stick" will "tilt" slightly, and if I move my mouse quickly, the "stick" will "tilt" all the way. This leads to the equivalent of mouse acceleration, which I have turned off in all my PC games.

Is there a way that I can set the emulator to make any mouse movement, quick or slow, "tilt" the "stick" all the way, and not partially?

EDIT: I increased my "Range" option for each of the axes to 500, and this helped, but it isn't perfect. One thing that might be causing my issue is that Dolphin does not pick up my minor mouse movements. Is there a way to increase this sensitivity?

Your computer specs are in your profile, so you're all good.

I'm guessing there's a way to adjust the sensitivity for something like this, but I actually don't know how it would apply to this particular situation. You can try adjusting the radius option and seeing if it helps, I guess.

I downloaded the latest version of Dolphin now, and I found the Radius option you mentioned. However, setting it to anything but the default 70 causes me to move very jittery or hardly at all. Dead Zone doesn't help much at all, and I have no idea what Square Stick does.

I adjusted my "Range" option to 500, and this is closer to what I want. Now the problem is I need to make it so Dolphin picks up my minute mouse movement, for precise aiming.

Maybe try changing it from MouseX and MouseY to CursorX and CursorY. You might have to set these by typing rather than moving the mouse, but they'll change how the thing detects mouse movement to something better suited to emulating a stick.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

I had tried that before; if I move left, I will keep turning left until I recenter my mouse. Now that I think of it, perhaps I should get a program to lock my mouse to Dolphin, then my mouse will always be centered unless I move it. That might work. Problem is, I don't know of a good program to do that.
