Hello, I tried to play some of the GameCube games that I have, and the same error keeps coming up. When I try to set up the keyboard, it keeps saying "Error loading plugins/plugin_GCPadNew.dll: can't read info. And then the program goes Not Responding and shuts down. 
I have downloaded and installed the new DirectX.
I am using Dolphin 2.0 because when I try to extract Dolphin 3.0, it says "This application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found." I have re-installed it, and the same problem occurs, so 2.0 will be fine for me at the moment.
