Mouse hangs on Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles

I seem to have strange problem on The Umbrella Chronicles, my mouse wont go further down on the screen then 1/3, like its some sort of invisible barrier there. It works perfectly with my wiimote, but its a real hassle to bring a wiimote and nunchuck to school everyday, not to mention that I would look like a jackass doing so.
