hye everyone,

I've seen countless tutorials, downloaded quite lot profiles and used various different dolphin.exe's (version 3.5 up to version 5).
And everything always seem to work except that i can't look around. the game i'd like to play is Legend of zelda: Skyward sword.
I can move using WASD in the keyboard, i can dash etc etc.. it's just the looking aroudn (and thus also swinging your sowrd later on in the game) that never seems to work.

I'm currently using dolphin 3.5-1522, I have no profiles at the moment. the computer i'm on is windows 10.

I've also tried to use a PS4 controller (via DS4Windows) but then i encountered the same problem, i can move dash etc but i jus can't look around.

any suggestions? downloadable profiles?

And we don't support playing Skyward Sword without real Wii controllers either, because official builds of Dolphin have never supported that. Like you probably have noticed in that third-party build you're using, emulated MotionPlus is a tricky thing to use.

Get an old version of 3.0, then copy over the contents of version 3.0 -261 dirty, then use these profiles for quick setup.

Any old version in the download section works, I used version 3.0 765

Paste the contents of whichever of these applies to your system:
Dolphin 3.0-261 x64: http://www.mediafire.com/?e1y5sc1ea58rbny
Dolphin 3.0-261 x86: http://www.mediafire.com/?axxvaxofo2qe2x4

Profiles if you don't want to set it all up yourself:

Place profiles in Dolphin\User\Config\profiles\wiimote

Here is the thread I got all the info from.

I had the same problem as you, took a little while to find this info, I'm surprised those other guys weren't helpful. I registered just to help with this.

Please don't recommend old, unofficial builds which have tons of bugs and emulation issues that were fixed in 5.0.

I don't see any bugs in it so far. Runs Skyward Sword perfectly fine, and runs even better when I turn off that dof junk.

I needed a version that could emulate motionplus to a gamepad, and this is what I found. Please point me to a version of 5.0 that woks for this, because this was all that I could find.
I can't use motion controllers, so what other option is there? Give up and don't play the game?

There is no 5.0 build with MotionPlus support. The one you have is the newest as far as I know, even though it's hopelessly old.
