Ok, just got a the new wired HD Sensor bar from http://www.nextronicsllc.com/shop/sensorbarhd.php

It comes with sticky pads to mount the bar on the TV.... I have a 51" Plasma and the bottom of the TV is 26.5" off the ground, the top is 54.25" off the ground.

We usually play from 4'-12' away from the TV

Should it be mounted at the bottom or the top for best performance?

Thanks!

Doesn't really matter, just make sure this reflects what you did.

Actually, not sure if that even matters at all, but try it anyway.

I always use mine on top of the TV, seems to work better that way and I get much better response.

do you angle it downward any? Or just let it sit flat on the tv?

No, basically all I do is inserting the batteries turn it on and then place it on the TV.
