After doing a good bit of reading here I've came to the conclusion that this has got to be the best phone on the market for running dolphin. The game pad Moto mod maps perfectly inside the emulator for GameCube set up (haven't tried mapping for wiimote) and I'm getting almost perfect speed while playing unless my battery is almost dead. This phone comes with the 64 bit version of 8.0 Oreo so it runs 64bit apps perfectly, 6 gigs of RAM and the Snapdragon 835 processor that can actually use it's 64 bit processor correctly paired beautifully with the Aderno 540 gpu. This phone is a game changer for Android based emulators. (Fun fact: it also runs damonps2 pretty damn good with parallel space 64bit support)

This is just blatantly wrong. Why would I pay over $1k for the Moto Z2 force and the game pad Moto mod when a $400 OnePlus 5T and a $50 Bluetooth controller with mount will do the same job? Not to mention there is nothing revelatory about a snapdragon 835 or anything else that phone is packing. And good luck playing for very long since using that game pad Moto mod means you can’t use a battery Moto mod to fix that atrocious 2700mah battery. Spend your money elsewhere folks.
Over 1k? No it's 750 bucks and it comes with one Moto mod free and all the mods are but one get one free so where still at 750 witch is only a little bit more than the OnePlus. Btw the game pad (and all the rest of the mods) have batteries in them to extend the battery on the phone. The game pads battery is 1035 mAh so my phone with the mod has 3735 mAh battery, that's better than yours . Also you have to upgrade your phone to Oreo to even use the 64 bit support where as mine comes stock with it so have fun losing everything in your phone to make the switch over. The Snapdragon in your phone is redundant with a 32 bit OS. Get off my thread with your cheap phone, your not even right about how much YOUR phone cost
Also the game pad has 0 lag in it because it connects into the phone itself instead of via bt connection. I also have the projector mod so I can play on the celling, bet your phone can't do that. I didn't say that this was the cheapest phone for it, I said it was the best and until I see otherwise I'm sticking with that

So, it should work with dolphin just as well as your Z2. You setup does sound awesome though. How well does your phone run the heavier titles like RE4 or Twilight Princess? 03-10-2018, 02:42 AM
Sorry, I took being told I was blatantly wrong (while he was wrong about almost everything) as being rude. Won't happen again

One Plus 5T is half the price in many markets with the same performance in dolphin. Period. The free Moto mod business is a regional option at best. Also, I like that you just made up that the OP5T is 32bit. Sorry bud only Motorola does that with flagships. And also, OnePlus has been faster about releasing Oreo than Motorola. In addition, the game pad battery doesn’t charge the device, it’s for the gamepad itself. Get your facts straight before you start being rude on forums.

Get your facts straight before you start being rude on forums. The OnePlus 5T runs Oxygen OS 4.7, the company’s customised version of Android 7.1.1 Nougat, not the latest Android 8 Oreo that is available on a variety of new top-end smartphones. The new release for your phone is supposed to be coming out this quarter but my facts are quite strait. If you're using oxygen 4.7 than your using a 32 bit OS . Also 520 is the cheapest I've seen the one plus 5t online so I'm not sure where your getting 400? ALL moto mods extend your phones battery life, the game pad extends it 6 to 8 hours depending on what your playing. Anyway not trying to argue back and forth or trying to sell you a phone, so sorry for being rude. moving on to the productive question, twilight princess works flawlessly, I haven't tried resident evil yet but I'll give it a shot tonight and upload a video. |
