Motion control and IR problem config

I try to use dolphin 5.0 to run Pucca's Race for Kisses but can make to work with emulated wii, the remote, the game work fine but cant config keyboard/mouse to do that

I try all config but can do that move, please is for my 5 age daughter,she goes crazy for this game!

OK i can make work this part of game with wiimote shake, only X and Y, uncheck Z fix problem, somebody know if can add more and fast shake?
