If you already have a working Bluetooth adapter, buy any sensor bar that isn't the DolphinBar. Only buy a DolphinBar if you're sure you want to use its integrated Bluetooth adapter (its unique feature), because otherwise its IR LEDs might not turn on (depending on the hardware revision and firmware revision).
