I went for a Zalman myself. As for the Motherboard, I got an Asus P8Z77-V LX. It's bios is set up weird, and it was hard to learn, but it's a good board. I'm just using the COOLERMASTER Hyper 212 Evo, and I have to say Watercooling is overkill for 4.5 GHz. I realize that not all CPUs are the same, but I never go over 70C on SMG 1/2 @ 4.4. I would just buy one of the good air coolers unless you plan on maybe eventually OC'ing more. My board had presets, so my 4.4 is on a preset. If I manually did it I could probably lower temps, but it's fine where it's at.
