Okay. I have windows 7, which has Directx 11. I installed the VC++ thing, and in the plugins folder, it has the plugins it should. BUT, NOTHING SHOWS UP IN THE PLUGINS DROPDOWN. I have a 9 series gpu, quad core AMD Phenom x4 9850; I have all the requirements needed. Now someone please tell me why I can't select a plugin for my pad and play Luigi's Mansion? Also, I am using the latest dolphin version, and NO, there are no directx 11 updates, and YES, I have the most updated gpu drivers. Help appreciated
