Mortal kombat Deception

Hi,
i'm testing Mortal Kombat Deception in last revisions (svn3711 32 bit)
Game is totally playable and run very well, 60 fps in menu and mini games
but i have 39-45 fps in combat.
Anyone know which are the best settings?i don't see any differences
from normal /JIL version or with EFB disabled or enabled or safe texture enabled.

Athlon 64 x2 5000+
3 gb ram
Geforce 9400Gt 1 Gb

Sorry for necroposting guys, but I just cant live with that problem. A problem of random freezing in MK Deception. I cant even beat arcade, game freeze very often, after like 5 or 10 minutes of playing. I tested this game on revisions 2037, 3661 and newest. Still no luck. FPS is pretty fine (but its strange that game have lower fps on newest revision). So guys, any chances of playing it without crashes? Any wonderful option that will get rid of them?
Oh, and sorry for that terrible English.

C2D 2.4 GHz
2GB Ram
GF 8800 GT 512mb

A faster cpu will get your better framerates. 2.4 is to slow.

My game freezes after i start fighting, that is really annoying :/ But probably because I'm on 1gig ram.
