so i can connect one wii remote no problem on any game, can use my addons as well with that controller

i cannot get two remotes at once to work

i have the exact bluetooth device shocased on the dolphin-emulator support page, its even the same exact seller(so i knew it would be compatible)

i have tried to connect one wii remote then rename the connection the original one will still work(all i did was change connection name, still only one remote plugged.........wirelessly attached in?), than connect the other one, because i noticed they all show up as the same device......idk alot bout blue tooth
when i connect the second one even without being n dolphin the first just kinda decides to go off into its own little land

i am trying it to play 2p on mario kart wii i do have enough controllers if only one will work, so its no biggie if it wont work

also, i must delete connection and remake connection every time i replug bluetooth adapter in or shut down etc. but i assume thats normal???
p.s. i originally bougt two adapters just incase, i tried both in but it just dont work only one bluetooth device connector at one i guess

Depending on what os you are running, follow either of these guides:
If you are running windows 7, here is a tutorial on how to connect the wiimote to a pc and play in dolphin - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLvaUKGhxLE
If you are running any other windows os or linux (but not mac) then you should follow this guide - http://www.wiiprojects.org/bluetooth.html

Follow the guides above for the first controller and repeat the process for the second controller. Note you must connect both of the wiimotes to windows before you open dolphin, then click on the wiimote plugin and they should auto-connect.
Also, yes, it is normal to have to reinstall the wiimote drivers every time you use it

You don't need to change the name of the 1st wiimote connection in order for the 2nd one to work. They can both be called the same thing and still be connected to the computer, so don't rename the 1st one after it's connected. Maybe that's what's causing the problem.
