Hi,
I did attempt searching before posting this, so if it has already been addressed, I apologize.
I would like to use my Wiimotes as simple "game show buzzers." I found a nice little piece of software that will allow me to do this. The software recognizes the numbers 0-9 on keyboard input for 10 players. (There are 12 total allowed players, but I'm still trying to discover the character input for those last two.)
Beside all that, I run Dolphin Emu to connect my 4 Wiimotes to my Surface Pro 3. I also use GlovePie to finish the connection and cause the "A" button on the Wiimotes to pass through a number (1 through 4 currently). This works with any software recognizing keyboard input perfectly.
I would like to maximize the use of allowed buzzers (twelve). I found some other Wiimotes for cheap (cheaper than dedicated game show buzzers, anyway) and I wondered if I could connect the total of all 12 Wiimotes to my Surface Pro 3, and cause GlovePie to send a separate number/character for each "A" button on each separate Wiimote.
Your help is appreciated.
Thanks.
