Hello Forum,

My name is Lisandro, i'm Argentinian and this is my first thread.

I write you to ask for help about a recent issue i'm experiencing:

PC Specifications:

-Processor: AMD FX-6100 Six-Core 3.30Ghz
-Video Card: AMD HD Radeon 7750 1Gb
-RAM: Kingston DDR3 4gb x2 (8Gb total)
-HDD: Western Digital 1 Tb 7200

Recently i've installed the latest driver for my video card, being this Catalyst 12.10 package. At the same time i installed Dolphin 3.5-144 to play Monster Hunter Tri, which is running a little slow but i was able to play it for some hours without significant problems.

But since the time i've installed latest driver for GPU (coincidence or not) i'm having the same problem while playing this game and also when i watch fullscreen videos on Google Chrome (not happening in IE): Black Screen, sound looping and restart.

It happens by seconds of playing or after half an hour, same with the videos on Chrome.

I've been searching through internet and couldn't find any efficient solution.

Also i've checked my computer temperatures while playing MH Tri (which i think is one of the heaviest process i use, more than Far Cry 3, Crysis 2, The Witcher 2, etc.), and my CPU reaches a maximum of 59° Celsius and my GPU 49°C maximus. When i watch fullscreen in Chrome the temperatures stay cool.

Please help me! I'm kinda desperating.

Thank you so much!

Sorry, i've forgot:

Operating System: Windows 7 x64 fully updated.

Since it's happening to Chrome as well as Dolphin, the issue is most likely not specific to Dolphin. You could try using older versions of the Catalyst driver, especially if you remember a certain version that never gave you these issues.
