just configure your wiiremote plugin and assign buttons for A & B different from your A & B classic controller controls. Me, I use the shoulder buttons for that, like for XBox Left trigger for A and Right trigger for B seen here.

Just follow the guide for Equipment Box Mod.
I have updated the links so you just need to look for the value for Rising Soul and change my codes for that value. Also you just need your item to appear in your equipment box then save your game, after that you can turn off the code.
