kinda feels wrong to make this my first post in this board, but oh well, I need the help.
I've been trying to get the Monster Hunter Tri Demo to work in Dolphin for 2 hours now. I have used my regular Dolphin builds and those that were recommended in another thread here.
The builds are as follows:
- Dolphin x64 SVN 4525
- Dolphin x64 SVN 4771
- Dolphin x64 SVN 4302
- Dolphin x64 SVN 4292
- Dolphin x86 SVN 4302
- Dolphin x86 SVN 4292
I've first used the x64 builds, first my regulars (the first 2), and then the other two builds. Everytime it crashes at game start-up. Same on the x86 builds. I've chosen 4302 & 4292 because they were recommended for this game in other threads.
My Plugins are:
- OpenGL
-- Resolution: Native
-- Anistropic Filter: 1x
-- Antialias: off
-- Post-Processing Shader: off
-- Copy EFB to RAM (but I've also tried GL)
-- No Hack activated
- HLE Plugin
-- Enable HLE Audio
-- Enable DTK Music
-- Enable Audio Throttle
-- Audio Backened: DSound
- Wiimote
-- Input Source: Emulated Wiimote
-- Emulated Extension: Classic Controller
- General Config
-- Enable Dual Core
-- Enable Idle Skip
-- Framelimit: 60
-- Use Panic Handlers: off
-- HLE the IPL
-- CPU Emulator Engine: JIT Recompiler
-- Lock threads to cores
-- Optimize Quantizers
-- DSP on thread
I don't think it is necessary for me to take a screenshot as there is not much to see, but the regular "Dolphin.exe funktioniert nicht mehr" (Dolphin no longer works" with the only option being to click on "Close program" as searching for help online via the button shouldn't get me any further.
My computer specs are as follows:
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ 2.70 GHz
- Nvidia GeForce 9500GT (1GB)
- 4GB RAM
