Monster hunter 3 problem

Hi guys my name is Mauro i am an italian boy and i want to ask you some question about monster hunter tri. I've downloaded monster hunter 3 and different dolphin versions but when i play during the battles the speed of game goes down under the 30 fps and it's very boring. My computer has: intel core i5 2,67 GHz, 8 GB ram , ATI Mobility Radeon 6550 (1gb). Can someone tell me what is the best version for this game and the right setting to make the game run at best? Please try to be exact as possible and sorry for my language XD. Thanx a lot guys
