Even if you are a rookie, some things should be obvious enough when posting here, e.g. we're not mind readers.

Tell us your graphical settings; click the Graphics button and take screenshots of the General, Hacks, and Enhancements tabs (google how to make screenshots if you don't know already). Also, take a screenshot of the issue you're having in-game so we can see exactly what you're experiencing.

Lastly, try the latest stable release, Dolphin 3.5 or the latest development build. You can find both here: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/
