About Win10 issues with OC, I still believe it have no relation with the board or the CPU, I have an HTPC-ish build with a Z97 board and an overclocked G3258 with it, if I use a Technical Preview or Insider Preview build of Windows 10 it won't boot into windows, no matter what, but using RTM build works perfectly fine (even after installing all updates available)...
