MMIO regs in the debugger's memory view

On the latest master version (or at least a very recent one - haven't checked in the last few hours), the "memory view" pane doesn't seem to list the values of any memory-mapped IO registers, regardless of memory setting (effective vs physical vs ...) or effects of mirroring (0x0Cxxxxxx vs 0xCCxxxxxx etc). Some other people on IRC have been able to reproduce it as well a few days ago.

I'm willing to fix this, but I don't know anyting about Dolphin's internals to actually write the code, so help would be welcome.

(Context: This GCN 256b demoscene intro works fine in Dolphin, but on real hardware it's a flickery mess, so I'd like to diff the VI registers between this and 'real' software to try to fix it.)
