I dont understand what you mean  Undecided
I already found the codes in the link didn't I?

edit:
I just want to know how to use them

Okay i think now i have an idea where to paste the gecko codes.
But now i need to know how i figure out which codes i need:
NTSC-U or PAL or both?

And there is one more strange thing:
When i go "properties" -> "Gecko Codes" -> "edit Configurations" pops up this .ini file.
okay that seems normally but when i paste something in it and press save, close it and press "edit Configurations" again the code isn't there anymore.

Maybe i have to edit the .ini file manually?

NTSC-U if the game is American, PAL if the game is European (or Australian etc.)

Then you've most likely entered the code incorrectly in the INI.

Editing the INI file manually is what you just did.

Hmm that could be. But all I did was writing:
"
[gecko]
$widescreen 16:9
"
And after that i copied the code from the dolphin wiki page of Mario Kart DoubleDash!!.
I found that somewhere in the internet that that is the way to go for gecko codes.

okay i meant seaching for the file in the dolphin folder but it seems as if the button does the same.

I recognize that there are two different files of the .ini.
(I am using a Mac OS X 10.12.3)
One is in the Library/.../Dolphin/GameSettings/
The other one is inside the Application Folder
Applications/Dolphin.app/Contents/Ressources/Sys/GameSettings

When I click on "Gecko codes" -> "edit Configurations" the first one opens
When I click on "Gecko codes" -> "show Default" second one opens

I guess the first one is the one i am supposed to add my code Angel
But it doesn't work  Sad

I tried to edit the second one and suddenly there was an option to enable in the gecko code list.
Unfortunately that code doesn't seem to work =\
Is there any easy code that I can use in order to see if this method works?

I found this but they don't seem to be gecko codes.

Do I get something wrong?
Do I have to add the Dollar symbol on my own?
