can anyone supply me with this library as i cant seem to find it on all the internets. im trying to compile all the wxwidget solutions atm but im not sure if i will end up with this library, so in the chance that someone has it and can upload it it would be greatly appreciated. this is the only thing stopping me from doing a complete compile on dolphin.

You need to compile it. Check your project properties, to see if the generated library file in the wxwidget_base project is named as "wxbase28ud.lib" instead of "wxbased28u.lib". If that's the case, just rename the lib file and you are done.

Make sure you're setting the correct configuration to compile too. Set it to Release and compile it for whichever OS you're compiling it for.

I was having the same problems until I set it for release.

well i was able to compile the necessary wxwidgets library files. after i put wxbase28u.lib in the library folder it started asking for wxmsw28u_core.lib which i had also compiled. however when i put that in the library folder like it asked i get something like 300 errors compliing the program. it also than asks for wxmsw28u_aui.lib. so instead of just adding that i added the directory of the wxwidgets library and when i compile after that 5500 errors. im not sure whats up with the wx widgets compilation. any ideas whats up here

Go to blame the dev who split one VC++ solution into two.

Try getting an older rev (non split), full compile, DO NOT CLEAR SOLUTION FILES, update to latest revs, compile both solutions.
Come back with the good news if it works.

Hi everyone,

I`m new here, I wonder having a x64 PC if is possible to compile a x86 Dolphin. Because I can compile x64 Dolphin but cannot compile the x86.

Thanks for all devs for giving us this fantastic emulator, it`s really amazing!!!

big whoop, all you have to do is compile externals before dolphin ... every time you switch between x86 and x64
