Missing VCOMP100.DLL in Dolphin r7335 and r7323

When I try open the newest version of Dolphin I got message named "Dolphin.exe - System error" that says "Can't open the program cause can't find VCOMP100.DLL on your computer. Try to reinstall program to fix this problem".

Is there something that I need install to run this version properly? (r7236 and later works fine)

you need to install Visual Studio 2010

Windows 64bit or 32bit?

1 = 32bit
2 = 64bit
