First:

Second: (probably related to the first one)

Alright I downloaded the DirectX updater and now it comes up saying

And with the 64-bit built I can't even access the Dolphin application.

is your os 64-bit? if not no wonder.

What Anti virus are you running? That could be the problem with that error.

Do you have kaspersky?
Close all unnecessary programs before you run dolphin.

I've got CA security for the Anti-virus.
I'm not sure if I've gotten a 64-bit OS but I think its 32-bit.

Ive got:

hard drive: 286gig
RAM: 2gig
processor: Pentium Dual core E5300 @ 2.60hz, 2.62hz
graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 7500 LE (GeForce 7500 LE)
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional (Build Service Pack 32600) (cant tell if its 64 or 32bit)

Alright, then turn off CA security.
Also, you can check your OS type by right clicking Computer -> Properties.

I turned it off and it still doesn't work. Also I went to properties in My Computer but it still doesn't tell me if its 64bit or not.
