As shown in the video when I switch to the higher resolutions some parts of the crowd is missing...
It's obviously ugly as hell hah Smile

Isn't that NHL Slapshot or something that is supposed to be broken? If you change the internal resolution while the game is playing, the texture cache might not work properly. Hmm, i guess the tmem cache might not play nicely with changes while the game is running.

Ok, then the question is if the game is broken, if you start the game with high internal resolution.

Hmm, if you weren't using a 1080ti, i would jump to the conclusion that you run out of video memory. How high do you need to set the internal resolution so it breaks?

How many textures are active when the issue happens? In the graphics settings, under advanced, there's "Show Statistics". There are 2 interesting things there: 1. How many textures are alive and 2., how fast does the counter rise for created textures?

Does the behavior change, if you change the texture cache accuracy to safe? Or, if it's already on safe, does the behavior change, if you set the accuracy to fast? I'm interested in changes, if the setting is changed before starting the game. Also, i'm interested, if the number of textures that are alive changes here.

It doesn't really matter, as I said. Once you go higher with the ok internal resolution than is the default, some of the crowd is gone.

I tried all possible combinations through the years, so there must be some glitch in it.

The only way how to render all the crowd on the higher resolutions is to uncheck "Store EFB copies to texture only", but then you loose like 20fps and game became unplayable.
