Missing MSVCP120.dll

I just refreshed my windows 8 computer because i saw Dolphin and some of my other games running slowly. When I try to start the program, it says I'm missing that .dll file. Any fixes?

For now, install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
In the future, the required runtime dlls will be packaged with dolphin.
