Missing .dll

I just installed Dolphin 4.0-8329 and when I try and boot up the .exe I get two messages saying the MSVCP.dll is missing and the VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing. It states in the messages to reinstall the program to fix the problem, but I have tried that three times now and still the same results. I am using windows 10 if that matters, please help me find a solution.
