Missing Debug Menu text in 20XX/Melee

I've did everything, updated til the last dev version available, turned on and turn off settings and graphics, but still, when i acess debug menu either on melee on 20xx, the text doesnt show correctly, what do i do?

Try going to Graphics > Hacks and disabling all settings that have "XFB" in the name.

did it but the text is still missing as earlier
