Mipmaps don't work?

I noticed that mipmaps don't work in many multiplatform games. Although dump textures in them have _m_ but there is no _mip. Interestingly, if you make a custom textures pack with mipmaps, they work.
I tested many versions of dolphin and different settings, but the mipmaps didn't work.
Games where I found the problem (but there are many more): Need for speed HP2-Carbon, Batman Begins, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, The incredible Hulk ultimate destruction.
Maybe I have something with video drivers? Adrenalin 20.8.2 AMD radeon 540 video card.

What happens instead of it working correctly? Does the highest quality mipmap level always get rendered?

Yes, always work of the highest quality mipmap.
Here is an example:

Are you sure that these games actually have mipmaps when you run them on a real GameCube? If they don't, it sounds like Dolphin is working the way it should work.

I can only judge by the soap recordings from youtube and the fact that dump textures have _m_ in the name and these should be textures with mipmaps.

Can I add the "Force MipMaps" option to these commits? It would be a good compromise.

Disable Arbitrary Mipmap Detection. That will likely fix this.

There is no difference. Maybe there is some Shader that generates mipmaps?
