Minus key on wii motion plus not working

for some reason, all the buttons BUT the minus button on my wii mote are working. I have tried everything i could think of to fix it. It sucks because xenoblade requires it to save...

please help, thanks!

So it's a real wiimote with the integrated motion plus? Is it 1st or 3rd party? Does it work on a real wii?

Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
