Minna no Rhythm Tengoku Shrimp Shuffle level slowing down.

I was playing Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, and the Shrimp shuffle level is slowing down all the way to 15fps. I looked on the wiki and it said this problem was fixed, but I think it was only fixed for the NTSC-U version of the game. I was wondering if there is anything I can do about this to fix it.
