My CPU is fine, I am pretty sure its the GPU.
Its no where near highend, and actually its a very low end card.

You asked a question and I answered it. Now you're telling me what you think? Why did you post asking for help then? I know your GPU is weak, that's why I told you the settings to use with it. If the game is slow after that, your CPU is not fast enough to run the game full speed.

Just trying to help you but you're not understanding. Using 1x IR and no AA will eliminate your GPU from being the bottleneck and will allow your CPU to run games as fast as it can. If after that the game is still not full speed, you'll have to overclock or get a better CPU to reach full speed.

You are wrong again ss, if he trys something like 0.5 he may get faster speeds.

His GPU is capable of 1x IR, lowering it is only going to lower the IR with no speed gain. Just like my GPU can run games at 3x IR, lowering to 1x does not gain me any speed. It's the bottleneck idea again, remember we had this talk a while ago and you didn't get it then either?

Although I agree with you IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE you should not say things like that as if they are universal statements, because this is not universal at all. It is quite possible to get a GPU bottleneck even at the lowest settings.

It's not universal, it's for this case. I mentioned this another time with 1x IR when I felt the gpu was capable of 1x IR.

The difference is that I'm not guessing. I'm telling him how it is.

Get a desktop with a better cpu. Other than that there is nothing that you can do.
