Miis glitching out

Yesterday I was playing Wii Sports, Resort, and the combo disc of both games, and when I turned on and off cheats, the miis began to flicker and glitch out. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of my games, as well as the entire Dolphin program itself, I'm not sure what happened or how to fix it
