Microstutter issue

Just for the record, this issue is still very much present today, in the android builds (mmj mods as well). The framerate is perfect, but every 20 seconds or so (slightly random) a frame is dropped.
There is no fix, regarding of settings, clock values, etc.

I haven't looked into this in a while. I'll check if I have the stutter, although my hardware hasn't changed in a long time (upgrade everything by the end of 2022).
