Turn on triple buffering and it should help if it's a vsync issue.
Also, since you have an nvidia card, make sure dolphin is set to run with the high performance profile instead of adaptive. And make sure you have the latest beta driver.
You're also using an old version of Dolphin. Try updating, the newer versions have gotten a lot smoother for me under OpenGL.
