I was able to fix the problem by disabling Audio Throttle in the DSP config. It might be a directsound/Win7 issue. Hope this helps.

I'll clarify a bit more: my game isn't running in slow-mo or anything, and I wouldn't even say the movement is "choppy". It's just not very smooth or fluid at all. If the Wii version runs at 30 FPS and 60 VPS, and mine is running at 30 FPS and 60 FPS, why does the Wii version look so much smoother and more fluid?
