Here is my R7623 x86 setting for MGSTT NTSC, some option i didn't mention is UNCHECK

General config-
Enable dual core=check
Enable idle skipping=check
Frame limit=off
Cpu emulator engine=JITIL... JIT still have crashing issue.

Audio DSP config-
Dsp emulator engine=Dsp Hle
Enable Dtk music=check
Enable audio Throttle=check
Audio Backend=xaudio2
sample rate 32000hz

Graphic-
General
Backend=direct3d9
Full screen resolution=1920x1080
use full screen=check
Hide mouse cursor=check
render to main window =check

Enhancement
Internal resolution=1x640x528
Anti aliasing=9xssaa
anisotropic=1x
Scale EFB Copied=check
Per Pixel Lighting=check
Force Texture Filtering=check

Hack
Ignore format change=check
EFB copied= RAM
Texture cache=Save . [.] . . Fast
External Frame Buffer=Uncheck Disable - select Virtual
Fast Mipmap=check
Disable per pixel depth=check

Advance
Hide shader error
