mgs twin snakes error

I get a weird error when I try to play mgs: twin snakes. It says:

Currently only supporting reads.

and then a line or something.

I use build 3402 and have the TLB hack. The game is from the US.

Can anyone help me with this?

idk your problem because you didnt give any errors "a line or something" doesnt help... and this is the wrong section

This is the error message:

I click on ok. This appears:
Backpatch: Currently only supporting reads.
Attempted to write to 3f493338

Then this:
Backpatch: Currently only supporting reads.
Attempted to write to 3f493330

Hope this makes it clear. This goes on for like a hundred times.

sounds like the emulator isnt supporting input for this game, it will only read and give output

Yeah well. I saw one person on the internet solve this problem with downgrading to build 1957. I have no Idea how to upgrade (OR DOWNGRADE) my build. It just stays 3402 after installing. How do I do this?
