Here's a fun one

Game was running just dandy until I get to the second fight with Raven, right after the cutscene ends, then it throws me a couple of these

and then dozens of these (and I mean dozens)

The address and instruction and all that changing with each one (more or less). Clicking through all of those eventually has them stop popping up and leaves my game frozen and emitting a single (loud) tone

Specs and build in signature; I can't confirm if this was an issue when I had Win 8.1 as I hadn't gotten around to ripping this until recently. I thought maybe having cheats on was doing something, but it still does this. Possibly a bad rip or something?

This usually happens with a bad ISO. I personally tested that fight and have a save there. Try redumping your ISOs.

MD5 I had on this rip was 8d316f3b9438977101b7b8e0cb5c1418, though, which pulls up results from gametdb and redump as well as two previous issues on the google code issue tracker with this same exact thing >-<

Either way, currently redumping just in case

So I redumped, got the same MD5 and errors.

Then I tried again, managed to get my C4 out, and came across this

EDIT: also tried it on 7184, which is where that error up there came from

4.0-7184 changed the error message for unknown instructions, but what went wrong is still the same.

(bamp?)

I've dumped it twice more since the last post, just to be extra sure, and it still crashes around there.
