Are the connectivity issues mentioned in the report fixed/alleviated with mGBA integrated (https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9600)?

so this still isnt an option? was trying to get it to connect today but other players couldnt connect to their dolphin when i was host. video doesnt really make it clear if this is possible or not

You currently can't use netplay with it.
