Hey guys,
I'm new in the web and also with the emulator, I got into it to see if I could play the Metroid Prime Trilogy game that I got... My comp. is a sony VPCCW21FX Laptop Sony Vaio and I haven't managed to get the game working good, sometimes it runs the menu screens sometimes crash, but when I got to start the game Metroid Prime 1 it freezes on a black screen with the logo of the game at the bottom right, what can I do to get tha game going? I've seen some posts but I don't understand much please help.
More information about the computer; 4 RAM Nvidia 310M Intel CORE i3 2.13 Ghz, thanks for all help you can give me, if you want more information ask.

Hi,

The Trilogy has an issue with booting due to the fact the game disc has multiple layers. This can be FIXED actually, by modifying the discs .dol files. While this does let you boot the game, the sound does not work unless you enable LLE, which is VERY VERY buggy right now, although the devs are making phenomenal progress.

Basically, Metroid Prime Trilogy is not playable with Dolphin. While the GameCube versions of Metroid 1-2 do work on Dolphin, for Trilogy you will need to play the game on your real Wii.
