Metroid Prime Settings

What are the best settings for me to put metroid prime to run it smoothly?
I am able to get around 40-50 FPS but there are times when i can achieve 60 but it goes away as soon as it comes. here are my specs.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
Intel® Core™ i3-2130 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
8GB Ram
Windows 7 Home Preminum 64 bit
I am using Dolphin 4.0 since i heard it was a bit more stable with metroid prime

Grab the latest dev build 9as of writing, 4.0-6736) from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ as it is more accurate, stable, and is faster than 4.0

I've heard rumors of OpenGL being faster for Nvidia cards, but for my laptop (GT 525M), D3D is faster. But The new Dolphin version should give you way more speed than needed anyway.

Metroid Prime has some syncing issues. Try to set something like:
SyncOnSkipIdle = False
SyncGPU = True
SyngGpuMaxDistance = 1000000
